3 and 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Enrolments
Kindergartens in the City of Merri-bek
ENROLMENT REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR 2025.
To enrol in our kindergartens based in Glenroy, Fawkner and Moreland, you will need to submit an enrolment application through the Merri-bek City Council Central Enrolment Program.

How to apply online
Visit the Merri-bek Kindergarten Enrolment website to apply for 3 or 4-year-old kindergarten online.
Create an account and login to provide your details and kindergarten preferences.
As part of the application process you need to pay the application fee with a Visa or MasterCard and upload your proof requirements (see below).
Other ways to apply
Complete the relevant kindergarten registration form available from https://www.merri-bek.vic.gov.au/kindergarten. The form and information booklet is also available from Council Customer Service Centres and participating kindergartens.
Submit your form
In person at a Council Customer Services Centre and pay the application fee by cash, eftpos or credit card, or
By mail to Children’s Services Central Enrolment Officer, Merri-bek City Council, Locked Bag 10, Brunswick VIC 3056. Include payment by cheque or money order made out to Merri-bek City Council.
Kindergartens in the City of Hume
ENROLMENT REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR 2025.
To enrol in our kindergartens based in Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights and Dallas, you will need to submit an enrolment application through the Hume City Council Central Enrolment Program.

2024 enrolments: To apply for either the 3 or 4-year-old program in 2024 please download and complete the application form and email it to office@nseyc.org.au.
2025 enrolments: To apply for either the 3 or 4-year-old program in 2025, please download and complete the application form and email it to office@nseyc.org.au.
Our enrolment officer will then contact you to advise whether there are places available and complete the enrolment process, or will add your name to our waiting list.
Molesworth Street Kindergarten enrolments

Glenroy Hub Children’s Centre registrations
The Glenroy Hub Children’s Centre offer long day care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age, as well as an integrated kindergarten program for 3- and 4-year-old children.
