About
Moreland Kindergarten is located on the grounds of at Moreland Primary School, and is managed by the NSEYC.
Our purpose is to Love a Life of Learning and Living. Our values are Trust, Respect, Relationships and Learning, and these values inform everything we do. We specialise in delivering high-quality early learning programs in close partnership with families, schools and the broader community, as we know this has enormous benefits for children’s lifelong learning. Our educational philosophy includes a focus on authentic relationships to support individual children’s wellbeing and development, with a strong emphasis on learning through play in nature.
Enrolments for the 4-year-old program at Moreland Kindergarten are via the Moreland City Council. Enrolments for the 3-year-old program are taken directly by us (although this will change from 2022 onwards). Facilities and Services
The kindergarten is based within the school grounds at Moreland Primary School. In addition to a recent upgrade to the outdoor play space, the kindergarten is being upgraded in 2021 to create a new room to support the delivery of 3-year-old programs through the Victorian government’s Building Blocks initiative, as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the very best early learning opportunities for children in Moreland and all of the communities we work within.
The kindergarten offers programs for 4-year-old children, and will offer a program for 3-year-old children from 2022.
